Bunderson
Building teams, products, and the future with AI.
01 About
I'm an Engineering Manager at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, leading teams that build scalable web platforms and pioneering AI adoption across the organization.
My path here was anything but linear — I spent 9+ years in graphic design and advertising (newspapers, magazines, billboards) before pivoting to software. That visual background still shapes how I think about UX, systems design, and communication.
I'm also a Certified Crucial Conversations instructor, which means I care as much about how teams talk to each other as what they build.

04 AI & Innovation
For the past 2+ years I've been deeply immersed in practical AI — not just using these tools, but teaching teams how to think with them.
I work across the major frontier models and focus on building agentic workflows that actually ship. My job isn't to chase demos; it's to figure out what makes AI useful inside a real engineering organization.
I teach prompt engineering, tool use, multi-agent patterns, and how to evaluate AI output critically. The goal is engineers who can think alongside AI, not engineers who just paste from it.
05 Music
Music isn't a hobby — it's a parallel obsession. Piano and vocals are where I started; synthesizers are where I ended up.
I'm a synthesizer collector with a weakness for vintage analog gear and unusual digital instruments. Lately I've been deep in AI music generation — not to replace creativity, but to extend it.
06 Contact
Whether it's engineering leadership, AI strategy, or just talking synthesizers — I'm reachable.
